Need to know before hire
This machine is extremely heavy and fragile; therefore, we ask for the item to not be moved once dropped off by our staff and that we are able to keep the machine on the adjustable trolley provided with hire. Please ensure that you have room for the trolley in the area you would like the machine. It is also due to this reason it is very important you advise us of any stairs or hills to access the site of installation. The soft serve machine works best under cover out of direct sunlight, and it is highly recommended that anyone operating the machine is supervised by an adult.
Only the product provided with the machine is to be placed inside, unless approved by Stress Less Party Hire stuff before hire. Any damage caused by placing unapproved product in the machine will be liable by the renter.
